Refund policy
At MindTerrarium, every item is made to order just for you. Because our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, size issues, or change of mind. Please be sure to check sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item you received is defective, damaged, or the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at shop@mindterrarium.com with:

We will review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement at no additional cost. In some cases, a refund may be issued instead.
Non-Returnable Items
Because each product is created specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
