Shipping policy

At MindTerrarium, every product is made to order with care through our print-on-demand production partners.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days after payment.

  • During peak seasons (such as holidays), processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Times

  • Estimated delivery within the United States: 5–10 business days after production.

  • Estimated delivery for international orders: 10–20 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected products.

  • In some cases, items may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages at no extra cost to you.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot reroute packages once shipped, and we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Buyers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities. We do not have control over these charges.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Delays & Carrier Issues

We are not liable for delays once orders have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Weather events, customs holds, and carrier backlogs may affect delivery times.

Holiday Cut-Off Dates

To ensure delivery in time for major holidays, please place your order early.

  • For Christmas delivery (U.S.), we recommend ordering no later than December 10.

  • For international orders, please place your order by late November.

These dates are estimates provided by our production partners and carriers. We cannot guarantee on-time delivery for orders placed after these dates.

Fulfillment Locations

To ensure reliable delivery, we partner with multiple fulfillment centers across the U.S., Canada, and other regions. Orders may ship from the location best able to serve you. Shipping rates are flat and fully tracked for peace of mind.

While MindTerrarium is based in Thailand, all products are produced and shipped from our print partners’ facilities located in the aforementioned locations.
